Projects

Technology that solves real problems

A completed project and two example scenarios showing how we help small and medium businesses digitalize processes, connect production and adopt artificial intelligence.

The completed project describes work delivered for a real client, cited anonymously. Example scenarios show how we approach situations that are common in SMEs: they are illustrations, not past projects.

Projects and scenarios

Completed project Metalworking · 25 employees

From spreadsheets to an order management system

Problem
Orders were managed in Excel spreadsheets: the same information was entered several times, leading to errors and duplicate entries.
Solution
A management system built in .NET and connected to SQL Server, with a single order database.
Result
Order fulfilment times cut in half.
Example scenario Manufacturing · 50 employees

Connected machines and real-time production data

Problem
Job sheets are on paper and production data reaches the office late: it is hard to know where a job stands.
Solution
Machines connected to the management system in line with Industry 4.0 requirements, automatic collection of parts, times and stoppages, shop-floor dashboards and an AI assistant to query production data.
What it can achieve
Job status always up to date, less manual transcription and reliable data for planning.
Example scenario Food & agriculture · 20 employees

Batch traceability and energy use under control

Problem
Batch traceability relies on paper logs, and the energy consumption of cold rooms and lines is not measured.
Solution
Digital batch records from raw material to finished product, automatic data collection from the lines and energy monitoring, a core topic of Transition 5.0 projects.
What it can achieve
Checks and recalls handled quickly, visibility on energy use and data to base efficiency improvements on.
